I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is perfectly located right across from Underwater World and just a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. While the rooms were in good condition and comfortable, the service didn't meet expectations as it felt a bit lacking. The dining options were alright but could have been better. Overall, it offers good value, but improvements in customer service would really help.
